HOW CAN I GET A CUSTOM IMAGINARY BEAST WEDDING SUITE?
We take on a limited number of custom wedding projects a year, so the more notice you can give us, the better chance we'll be able to fit you in! Contact us with some information about your vision and budget, and let's start a conversation!
WHAT ARE THE PRICES FOR A CUSTOM WEDDING SUITE?
Completely custom suites require a minimum order of $1500. Pricing varies based on chosen printing method, amount of design time needed, materials, and number of pieces needed.

WHAT ARE THE PRICES ON YOUR WEDDING COLLECTION SUITES?
Pricing is based on printing method (letterpress, digital, or gold foil), number of suites needed, and number of pieces you'd like in the suite (for example, invitations, response cards, thank you cards, etc). We'd be happy to put together a quote for you, if you're interested in a specific suite! Contact us here.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER?
Depending on the complexity of your suite and the printing methods you choose, please allow 6-8 weeks for design, proofing, printing, and shipping. Turnaround times are based on your prompt email responses.

I DON'T HAVE MY INFORMATION TOGETHER YET. CAN I STILL PLACE AN ORDER?
You sure can! Send us a note telling us when we should expect your personalized suite details. For scheduling purposes, we ask that you submit your details within 10 days of ordering. A proof will not be prepared until you have provided all your details, so be aware that our turnaround timeline will not begin until details are submitted.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER?
The sooner the better, we always say! Choose Your Own Invitations typically take 2-3 weeks to finalize design and an additional 2-4 weeks to print and ship. Letterpress printing takes about a week longer than digital printing for turnaround. Timing is based on your prompt email responses.
CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
Yes! Email us before placing it, and we'll customize your quote.
General Wedding Questions
DO YOU DO ENVELOPE AND ESCORT CARD CALLIGRAPHY?
We currently do not offer custom in-house calligraphy, but we work with a select group of incredibly talented vendors who do! Contact us for samples and quotes.
We do, however, bust out our pens and brushes for a number of collections, Choose Your Own Invitations, and custom wedding suites.
DO YOU SELL VINTAGE POSTAGE STAMPS?
We do not currently have a stock of vintage postage, but hope to in the future! In the meantime, we're happy to help you source vintage stamps and advise you on fun combinations.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DIGITAL, LETTERPRESS, AND FOIL?
Digital Printing is flat printing, and can be done in black and white or in color on a number of different paper stocks. It is the quickest to turnaround and the most cost effective. (Cost: $)
Letterpress Printing is a printing technique made using antique presses. The process leaves you with gorgeously tactile results. We love all types of printing, but this is our favorite for wedding suites. Read more about the process. (Cost: $$)
Foil Printing is where your favorite metallics come into play. Print using shiny or matte gold, rose gold, silver, and more. (Cost: $$$)
HOW DOES THE PROOFING PROCESS WORK?
After your order is placed and your details are in, we will prep the first proof of your invitations. Each proof typically takes 2-4 business days. You and your fiancé will then make detailed notes on any spelling or date changes you need to see OR will sign off on the files to be printed. If additional changes are needed, a second (or final) proof will be made. Double and triple check all the details, and if possible get a second set of eyes on it before you sign off for the pieces to be printed.
HOW MANY PROOFS ARE INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?
Two proofs are included in all orders, unless more are stipulated. Additional proofs are available for an additional fee.
OH NO! I APPROVED THE FINAL PROOF AND REALIZED THERE WAS A MISTAKE!
If a mistake is caught before we release the files to the printer, we will happily revise it for you (an additional fee may be required, if we are over the two included proofs). If it's already been sent to the printer or if you don't notice until it has been printed, we can reprint for an additional printing (and shipping, if applicable) fee.
OH NO! THERE'S A MISTAKE ON MY INVITATIONS!
First of all, don't worry! We will get it fixed. We are always very diligent about proofing, but mistakes happen and we know that. If the error was made on our end after you approved the final proof, we will reprint and ship free of charge. If expedited shipping is needed, we will ask you to pay the difference. If the error was in the final proof that you approved, we will amend the file and will ask you to pay for the reprint.
The Shop
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Orders placed in the shop are shipped out twice a week and are typically processed within 1-3 days.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
